1) Title to the Product shall not pass to the Buyer notwithstanding delivery until
the Buyer has paid the Supplier in full for the Product together with all sums due from the Buyer to the Supplier at the date when payment for the Product is made.

2) Pending the transfer of title of the Product to the Buyer the Buyer shall store the
Product in a manner so as to enable it to be readily identifiable as the property of
the Supplier.

3) If prior to title to the Product passing to the Buyer all or part of the Product is incorporated into another item as part of a manufacturing or assembling process ownership in the new item created shall be shared by the Buyer and the Supplier in proportion to the value of the Product so incorporated as compared to the value of any other components used to produce the new item together with the costs of manufacture or assembly. Upon payment by the Buyer to the Supplier in accordance with clause 1 ownership of the new item shall pass to the Buyer.
