Simatek pulse-jet filters are manufactured by skilled and well-trained production employees, certified for mild steel and stainless steel production respectively. The weld procedure documentation is in compliance with EN ISO 3834. Simatek A/S has been authorized by TÜV to practice re-marking of materials to ensure full traceability.

Our welders are basically certified according to EN 287-1, and recertified every two years. Further welder certifications have been achieved individually to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards as required (e.g. ASME).
