The stationary vacuum cleaning systems make vacuum cleaning a clean and not very time-consuming job and is obviously an efficient rationalization in this field.

With a fixed piping, suction equipment can be coupled at any required place - and thanks to the constantly high vacuum, long suction hoses and wide suction mouthpieces can be applied. Through the closed piping the dust-laden air is removed entirely from the working area and conveyed to the central unit where the dust is separated from the air through a Simatek pulse-jet filter. By means of the high vacuum it is possible to install hundreds of metres of piping in one system and to collect and convey even heavy products, such as cement, steel sand, grain, feedstuff, fertilizer, iron cuttings, process waste, etc. SimVac systems are tailored to the customers' requirements, ranging from easy cleaning jobs to comprehensive systems with high conveying capacities for emptying of ship's loads, warehouses, and intake pits. The airflow is cleaned to a degree of purity satisfying the strictest environmental regulations, and the collected material is discharged directly into a dust bin, a silo, a container, or a big-bag for emptying at certain intervals.
